OPENING RITUAL:
This is a simple process for getting feedback from people attending a meeting or check-in.
- Check-in to the meeting with a greeting of your choice, and a color status code. Colors are:
- Green - I am feeling 100% and engaged in this meeting
- Yellow - I am not 100% here, not fully engaged in this meeting slight distracted
- Red - I am not here. Not feeling well / Very distracted
