Make a Spacebar server

A spacebar server available, either self-hosted or on the main instance, would be helpful. If the main instance for any reason is less than ideal in the future, then just self-hosted. This has been discussed in the server before, but as someone who recently tried spacebar's main instance, I think spacebar may be ready to use. I believe there are bridges as well, but if not, they may be made in the future. It would not replace IRC or Discord by default, rather being an option.

This proposal with authorize TransAdvice?'s budget to allocate a new server from its current hosting provider with the specs needed to host the project.
