Summary

As a trial-run run the next meeting as a "hybrid" meeting of voice/video and text. The way it will work is the meeting facilitator will use video/voice on meet.transadvice.org, and unmute people who raise their hand. Additionally people can respond directly in the meeting room chat. The facilitator will field questions and statements from both mediums, maintain a "stack"
